Bob Loses 35 Lbs in 4 Months; Still Loves to Eat

There are three issues for me when I consider a diet: 1. How can I diet when I love to eat. 2. I hate feeling hungry. 3. I despise sacrificing #1 and #2 without some immediate results.

With the “New Weight Loss Program“, I found out that I was not hungry and saw immediate (within 7 days) significant and positive results. I lost over 10 pounds in 7 days. I got immediate gratification for my effort. Those results gave me more incentive to continue.

After that first week I figured out why I am concerned about loving to eat. Picture this: In my house as a one of four kids, if I sat in the last seat at the table, the platters of food were empty when they got passed to me at dinner time. I had to have a habit of eating everything I can when it is put in front of me!
